And the flowers.....

I can't forget to mention the flowers can I? Here's a Purple Chinese Hat:

And the hydrangeas are looking pretty after all summer on the plant. These are the very same blooms I showed in the spring. They last that long.....
And Bermuda's Anna Olivier:

  1. I've never seen or heard of Purple Chinese Hat. It's lovely! Your hydrangea is amazing. Is it in any sun or mostly shade or what? And your BAO is gorgeous. I wish mine looked half that good, Amber.

  2. Thanks Sherry. I got the Purple Chinese Hat online at almostedenplants.com. I've never seen it anywhere else either. It seems adapted to our climate.

The hydrangea gets morning sun and afternoon shade. My BAO is still a much smaller plant than yours, but it puts out large perfect blooms. If I didn't know better I'd say it looks like one of those mini roses they always have at Publix. I can't wait until it grows up.
